Kathryn Campbell

Kathie Campbell has more than 25 years of leadership experience in investor relations, communications, finance and brand management. She has held roles of increasing responsibility at Deloitte, Brady Corporation, Johnson Controls and now, Clarios where she currently serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations. 

Kathie serves on the Board for Tempo Milwaukee, the Marquette University Corporate Engagement Advisory Board as well as the Marquette Business School Alumni Board. She was a 2023 Milwaukee Business Journal Woman of Influence.

Sandra Dempsey

Sandra Dempsey is a sought-after producer, influencer, and marketing advisor. Her passion and creativity, paired with powerful business acumen, have solidified Sandra as a trusted community leader. A native of Mexico who has lived and worked in the U.S. for over 20 years, Sandra’s career has included working for major media organizations before launching her own successful business, Source TEN, which specializes in Communications, Hispanic marketing consulting, and video production. She also proudly co-founded Estamos Unidos US, a bilingual, multi-platform brand created to showcase Milwaukee experiences with high energy and cultural authenticity, adding health and wellness content to make it an even more wholesome brand.

Sandra is a proud member of the Board of Directors at Catholic Financial Life. She has also given generously of her time as a Board Member for La Casa de Esperanza and Milwaukee Wave of Hope and as a member of the Fashion Show Committee at Journey House. 

On the weekends, Sandra can be found hiking and boating throughout Wisconsin with her husband, three kids, and a German Shorthair Pointer named Archie, who's featured in the Source TEN logo and branding!

Jorjio Hopkins

Jorjio Hopkins is a member of the MLG Capital team, specializing in working with Family Offices, Foundations and other prospective investors of their Real Estate Funds. Jorjio also proudly co-leads MLG’s Making a Difference (MAD) Initiative, which allows investors to support charities with a portion of their investment returns, while retaining their principal. Prior to his tenure at MLG Capital, Jorjio earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He subsequently served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Following his distinguished service, he furthered his education, earning a Master's in Real Estate from Florida International University. Most recently, he achieved the status of a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Away from the professional realm, Jorjio cherishes traveling alongside friends and family. He's also an active volunteer, dedicating his time to various local and national non-profits that prioritize education, and military veterans.

Nelson Lang 

Nelson has been working for El Rey Foods since 2003 when he was attending Marquette University.  Since then, he has had the opportunity to experience a variety of positions.  Beginning as a cashier, he was promoted to pricing coordinator, department manager, and then assistant store manager on the way to currently acting as general manager.  Nelson is now an experienced retail management professional versed in all aspects of operating an El Rey grocery store and was an active participant in opening the last two El Rey retail locations.  He is currently responsible for the management and operation of El Rey Family Market on 52nd and Oklahoma Ave.  In 2007, Nelson and his wife Elizabeth, assumed property management responsibilities for El Rey. Nelson is the acting Director of Development for the El Rey Real Estate portfolio that encompasses 20 sites containing 56 commercial and residential tenants.

Meg Loduha

As a native of Wisconsin, Meg spent her childhood in catholic schools in the Milwaukee area. She knew from early on she wanted to be a teacher. After attending college in Arizona and spending time abroad in Ireland, Meg moved back and has spent the last 20 years working as a middle school science educator for various schools in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. She currently teaches at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic School in Wauwatosa. When not in the classroom, Meg enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and two dogs at their cabin in Minocqua, relaxing with friends and enjoying all the craziness that comes with a big family.

Vincent Lyles

Vince has been a driver of change and growth in Milwaukee for more than 25 years. He is currently the Executive Director of Milwaukee Succeeds. With exceptional leadership experience and extensive relationships with Milwaukee’s business and nonprofit sectors, he passionately leads a coalition of over 100 organizations to transform systems to advance equality for Milwaukee’s youth.

Prior to his role at Milwaukee Succeeds, Lyles’ work at Advocate Aurora Health focused on providing support to community-based organizations and key community stakeholders whose mission and activities align with the system’s community health strategy. Before that, Lyles was president and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, and held a variety of leadership roles at Robert W. Baird & Co. and M & I Bank / BMO Financial Group.

He holds both a bachelor’s degree and juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin as well as a certificate in nonprofit management & leadership from Harvard Business School. His board service includes Marquette University, BMO Funds, Badger Mutual Insurance, Near West Side Partners, MyPath, Malaika Early Learning Center and more.

Andy Nunemaker 

Andy Nunemaker is the CEO of Groupware Technologies, a healthcare software company serving the care management market.  Andy also serves as Chairman of the Board at Sprecher Brewing company and serves on the Board of Directors for Northwestern Mutual.  Andy serves on the Board of Directors for Valparaiso University, the Milwaukee Art Museum, the Metropolitan Milwaukee Area Chamber, Summerfest  and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra where he served as its chair from 2014-2020.  Andy and his partner, Lee Weeks, enjoy entertaining friends on Milwaukee’s east side and traveling.

Melinda Randa

A proud product of Catholic education, Melinda Randa is currently the Associate Director of Agency and Supervisor of birth parent services at Adoption Choice Inc. She has been involved in more than 1,000 international and domestic adoptions since founding one of only three independent Wisconsin adoption agencies in 1987. Melinda was born and raised in Kenosha, and she graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in Social Work and a Master of Social Work from UWM. In Melinda’s free time, she loves baking, cooking, gardening, practicing yoga, trying to get her steps in, and most of all, spending time with her sons Rudolph & Daniel, extended family members and friends.
